"We used SYR for our new house build, which we completed in December 2022. We used them for the following products:

- Sanitary fittings, including porcelain and and tapware

-Floor and wall tiles

- Composite decking

- Aluminium doors and windows

- Joinery for entire rooms, including kitchen, laundry lounge entertainment unit and bathroom vanities

- A few special furniture pieces

The quality was excellent, the range to choose from was huge and the manufacturers in China were very proactive in communicating and pleasant to deal with. For those willing to put in the time reviewing the extensive range of products, there's something for every taste. Everything was packaged securely and we had no damaged items at all. Due to the significant cost savings, SYR actually allowed us to get a higher quality level of finish than if we'd gone with local products (more luxurious tiles, double and triple glazed windows instead of single glazed etc). Our house is comfortable, warm and full of the things we love. Happy end users!"

"I don't think we can ever thank Rebecca and all the people involved with Ship Your Reno enough. Without their help and support we would never have been able to make our dreams come true, just point blank would not have been able to afford it. The Compromises that would have been made on the finishing touches would have left us with an end result that we would not have been happy with.

The ease at which the whole process went, from making initial contact with all the suppliers, helping and guiding us through all the choices, ordering, payments and then delivery. It took so much stress away from the process.

"As one of Bec's first clients, we have worked with and ordered from multiple suppliers, and now at the stage where we have full confidence the product quality will stand up to our owner occupier market expectations.

China as we deem it in-house, is our difference in market. We find it offers great value for money, rather than it being a 'cheap' option for our fit outs. We get essentially owner occupier spec for investor money.

Further, without this value add, I doubt we would be able to remain in market while maintaining our margin in Brisbane's current market.

We are only looking to expand our imported product list, as Bec finds new potential for us to employ. It does take some guts to take on 'China', but with Bec doing the heavy lifting, we're confident we will continue to benefit from this strategic advantage in market, and looking forward to maintaining this competitive edge with the help of Bec and Craig at Ship-Your-Reno."
