Who are we?

We are a successful Australian owned family business on the Sunshine Coast. Some ten years ago, we started flipping property and made the decision to start importing fit-out products from China.

The savings generated from that time to know have been reinvested into the business itself and other properties – repeating the “buy – ship – save” process. Ship – your – Reno has grown into a business that has streamlined the processes associated with importing.

We have clients both in Australia and overseas and we can still boast about the fact that our service ethic is top shelf.

How can we help grow your business?

By giving you access to 39 factories which are currently manufacturing and supplying Builders, Trad espeople and Cabinetry Make rs al l over t he world.

Our manufacturing partners are in the business of providing luxury end products for Kitchens Bathrooms, Flooring, etc.. and loads of other fit out products are supplied directly to you so you can provide these products and services under your own business name.

What do we offer?

The opportunity to increase the return on cabinetry projects and fit-outs. We have many builders, developers and ‘property flippers’ using our services to increase their profits.

You will have the opportunity to purchase direct from the factory – their prices are ex GST and you will still have to pay GST once the goods land in Australia along with any statutory charges or consolidation charges – EVEN allowing for this the potential savings are significant, we can of course provide you with an estimate of costs before you finalise with the factory, alternatively you can organise your own shipping directly.

We can provide a sample invoice at your request.

How does it work?

Pay for your license fee and become a client paying the access fee* of:

12 month license – $5,000

How do I benefit?

  • You will have more control over your relationship with the client as we supply only – we don’t compete with you – we get the goods to you then you can choose to on sell products at the factory prices or at a price determined by you plus whatever your fee is for installation
  • Products can be delivered to site and once delivered, check the goods make sure there are no issues and then you’re good to go
  • No storage facilities
  • No showrooms needed – you have access to the on-line factory inventories
  • We hold samples of some products and can help you get samples for your clients – alternatively you may wish to offer a very tight selection of cabinetry with known colour ranges and or finishes – its up to you
  • Opportunity to increase and improve profitability

How is this possible? Easy if you could buy your tools from the factory as opposed to the retailer they’d be cheaper and this is no different you're just cutting out the retailer here in Australia and dealing directly with the supplier.

It’s a Three Part Process

Part 1 – PREPARING
  • Site Measure (use samples and catalogues for selections etc), and send drawings to supplier via WeChat (drawings can be CAD drawings or hand drawings) – supplier will provide initial quote
  • Forward appliance specifications to supplier and await updated CAD drawings, mark up any changes required and return to supplier.
Part 2 – SUBMITTING
  • Request from the supplier the CBM – the volume/space this will take up in a container and the total weight including packaging
  • Email our freight forwarders with the CBM, weight, pickup location (factory), and the delivery address – to the site or other.
  • Send final kitchen quote (including shipping costs) to the client – this will take approx 1 week to get the quote and shipping costs.
  • Pay deposit typically 30 – 50% depending on the order.
Part3 – FINALISING
  • Supplier will notify you when the order is almost finished and when it will be ready for shipping. Request photos of the product when finished, before and after packaging.
  • Email the freight forwarder and cc the supplier to engage shipping. The supplier and freight forwarder will arrange pickup and delivery of the goods.
  • The balance of the products must be paid before shipping occurs.
  • Shipping costs (including GST), statutory charges and any delivery charges must be paid for once goods have landed in Australia.
